Payments and order confirmation
- Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards are accepted in AED.
- The price and currency shown at checkout are the price and currency recorded on the transaction receipt. Your card issuer may display the charge in your card’s settlement currency.
- An order confirmation is sent by email after payment is received, normally within 24 hours.
- Keep your transaction record and a copy of the applicable merchant policies.
Orders, cancellations and refunds
Contact [email protected] as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours only if they have not already been dispatched. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We initiate approved refunds promptly; depending on the payment provider, the credit may take up to 45 days to appear.
Product returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Eligibility, lawful trade and account security
Customers under 18 must not register, transact on, or use the website. We do not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries or persons where prohibited by UAE law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
Governing law
The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. These terms are governed by UAE law, and disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the UAE.
