Geroprotect ships to the United Arab Emirates and to supported international destinations. The country selector and delivery method shown at checkout are the final confirmation that we can accept and ship an order to your address.

Delivery coverage and cost

Free standard shipping applies to orders delivered inside the United Arab Emirates. Delivery to Saudi Arabia and all European Union destinations is free; other supported international destinations are charged a flat AED 50 rate, shown at checkout before you pay. Availability remains subject to courier coverage, import rules, trade restrictions and local law. We may contact you if a destination cannot be served safely or lawfully.

Dispatch, delivery times and tracking

Orders are dispatched the same working day. Inside the UAE, delivery is normally the next working day (same-day in eligible Dubai service areas); these are estimates, not guarantees. International orders are also dispatched the same working day and take longer in transit because of carrier hand-offs and customs clearance. Tracking details are sent when available.

Customs, duties and taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, permits or local restrictions unless checkout explicitly states that they are included. Customs delays are outside our direct control.
